13.47@98.87 88 degrees, now all i have to do is get allen to unlock my tq converter like he told me to leave it lol one day i will listen to him.

well after i shift into 3rd gear im at 5k and as soon as i hit 90 mph the converter locks and i drop back to 4400 and have to build from there and cross the traps at 5k so with the converter unlocked i should go through the traps at about 5700.

 

all bolt-ons with a cam 4.10's 2200 stall converter. 4340 race weight

Do you get more MPH when your converter is locked in your 1/4 runs?

 

Congrats, that is a good time especially being almost 90 degrees out.

 

i will find out once allen unlocks it again, we moved up my shift points and locked the converter. i do believe it will be more mph with the converter unlocked since i loose about 700 rpms once the converter locks.
