Default Best way to clean up corroded head??


anyone have any secret methods for cleaning built up corrosion off an aluminum head, like in the picture? Thanks

walnut blasting, soda blasting, glass blasting, dustless blasting

Scotch brite pad, steel wool

etc

Quarter car wash can knock a fair amount of that off. After that, electrolytic cleaning can do some more.

drop them off to a engine machine shop they can put them in there cleaning machine for less then $50 and when you get them back they will be clean
