best tires(traction) without heating?

Parish, A buddy of mine has a 2003 Z06 with an ATI procharger on it and runs 11.2s at the track with a M6 on Nitto DRs. He doesnt spin any off the line and cant even catch a 2nd on the street. Impressed me.
