Depends on which cam you buy...I got my Comp cam from my dad and his connections in the performance biz, and got my Crane/Vinci, straight from Vinci, since Crane was shut down at the time when I bought it and he was the only one who had it. I've bought a few things from Vinci and always had great customer service, I'm sure that I'll buy from them again in the future. I've also bought stuff from our sponsors, (Texas Speed, SDPC, Thunder Racing-LS1Tech sponsor), and had great customer service and fast response from all of them
