What are the best mods I could get for $800? And please, no nitrous.

Custom tune and an inexpensive stall converter would do alot for ya.

cai, tune, good after market muffler
should do for starters..

Tune, LT's, Converter, intake, exhaust.
The biggest gains would probably be from a converter or tune. Their is deals on both of those going now.
