Default best intake 4 a cammed 6.0

i have a 03 silverado and im dropping a 6.0 in it this week. i have worked 317 heads and a 226/226 .581/.581 cam and wondering what i should do 4 a intake and injector size also it will have 125 wet shot .any info u guys will be great

Stock intake works fine. and 42lb marine injectors.

But if you want more upper rpms go with a LS6 or Fast intake. imo

The LS6 is a waste of time. A ported FAST 92mm intake would be worth your time though.

I believe you can use the TBSS TB with a Dr. X harness

has any one tested the truck intake over the ls6 intake on a 6.0? yes its been proven not to gain much on a 5.3, but the 6.0 heads do flow better than the 5.3 heads. just a thought.

i wouldnt think the 5.7 stew is running would be much different from a 6.0 would it? he was NOT happy with the swap at all !!

depends on what heads he had? if he had the 241s they flow about the same as the 5.3 heads. but if he had the 243 heads that flow the same as the 317 heads??

think he had ported 243 heads.

true, dunno, dont know his setup, myself l92 truck intake over any lsx car intake anyday!! in this case without ls3 heads being used the 07 ^ tbss intake would do wonders
