Pacsetters come either coated or un-coated. Generally the SS headers do not come coated of course you can have about anything jet-hot coated.

U-bolt clamps suck and have been known to not always seal very well. Most people prefer band clamps. I'm not sure what SW uses for clamps or if they even send any.

I'm sure that SW with a jet-hot coating would be great, but I don't think the coating is necessary. I will help reduce underhood temps a bit, although I haven't heard anyone complain thier temps were all that bad with uncoated SS headers. If you got the money to spend the Jet-Hot coating would be nice tho.

I'm no expert here, I just do a lot of reading and these are the conclusions I have come to so if anyone has any insight feel free to correct me.

Speed engineering looked like the best price from the sponsors.
About 1200 with catted y-pipe, 900 with ORY.
This is the ORY kit. It shows that it comes with clamps. Are those style any good?

They are just like Torca AccuSeals. And yes they actually work pretty well! Most cat-backs come with those clamps.

Didn't we establish in an earlier post that those are not cats but in fact straight through resonators on the ORY kit???

I always thought the SW's used acutal cats on their "catted" y-pipe. Ask BudHayes. Hes running them. The OBX header setup uses resonators. Is that what your thinking about?
