Default Best Exhaust for a 4.3L ??

I have 00 Silverado 4.3 with a 50 Series Flowmaster, and I want to change it out to something else not sure on what to get. Maby one with less chambers I believe this Muffler has 4 or 5 chambers in it? it's got a preatty deap sound to it when I keep it under 2,500 RPM (I'd like to keep the V8 sound)

lol you have a 4.3L with a flowmaster muffler and you think it sounds like a v8?

Anyways, I'd go with a magnaflow. That's the only muffler that I've ever heard that sounds good on a 4.3L

Some do sound like v8's at idle, actually. Buddy of mine has some glass pack on his and it makes his sound like a v8 at idle. Sounds like poop at wot

Yeah, they sound like v8's but only during idle. Borla sounds good at idle but once you give it gas it will sound like the v6.
