Best brake controller out there!!!
#1
Ok I just bought a 26' enclosed trailer. Now I need to get a brake controller for my 2002 Avalanche 2500 with the towing package on it.
It came with a wiring harness that plugs into a spot under the dash. These wires then (I assume) are wired into the brake control unit.
Any tips or secrets? What controller works the best? I think the 8.1 liter should tow this thing quite nicely. Although there's plenty of room for twin turbos. <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0">
Thanks for any help.

Might look into this older message for some advice:

I guess I should have done a search. The unit I just ordered is the Tekonsha unit.
The prodigy unit is what I bought. It's the newest one. I know they had a couple of problems with this unit early but it looks like it's a winner now.

I paid $120.00
