Best bang for my buck?

What would give me the best upgrade in performance? ASP pulleys or 4.10 gears? I know the gears won't "add" performance but I'm assuming the 4.10's would be a better choice.

Although in a recent thread, just the ASP crank pully made 12hp to the rear wheels, I am leaning toward the 4.10's.
