i can pick up a bbk 99-02 DBW throttle body for like 100$, but i have an 04 tahoe with a 4.8 and DBW

whats the difference in the 99-02 and 03-up drive by wire throttle bodys? would i beable to make it work on my 04 or is it not worth it?

It's a totally different throttle body, different connectors and everything. The '99 -'02 DBW only came on upscale trucks with traction control, the rest got cable drive until the change in '03.
