My truck shows it running lean and mis fires at low throttle and idle but give gas and mis fire stops but still lean and scanned it and it showed bank 1 sensor 1 what o2 sensor is this and could mis fire be caused by this or tuning

 

Yes. Just reset it and it otta run better. If it throws the code again, replace it.
Same thing happened to me yesterday.
