I'm installing an LS1 5.7 into a 2000 OBS 2500 for a customer,and of course he wants long tubes and all the bolt-ons we can bolt on it.Unfortantly after searching for the last week I cant seem to find anyone that has done it.Not saying you cant install LT's on them,he wants to lay frame with them.It seems his only option will be shorties from what I;ve been reading.Has anybody else had any experiance with this.Any info would be greatly appreciated. peyton on CGM is bagged, I think he is running LPP or cal speed

 

I dont think you would have any issues. Clearance should be there. Just call the manufacturaer if you haven't. Wish this was anything like a muscle car or I would just say that "Corvettes and mustangs run LT's all the time and sit 3" off the ground"

 

he may run into x-member issues
