everything's all stock cept for the heads and 10.5-6:1 compression.

dont really think you can have a worn manifold gasket since it has zero movement... so i doubt your seal is the issue

I don't think you need a the SS tune copied over, you just need to tune the truck... Like i mentioned eariler.. Do a search on tuning with Long term fuel trims if you don't have a wideband.

Justin suggested it was an air leak, that's why I focused on that.

It's also a easy fix, should't take more than a hour or 2... I'm sure you have spent way more time with tuning. If it dosen't fix it then its kinda a no harm no foul repair, and you can eliminate that part and focus elsewhere.

The older orange gaskets on 99-2003 trucks tended to leak. GM changed the design and materials some, now they are green.
