Default Is this a bad idea for first obs swap

Hey guys Im not sure if thus is the right spot to post this but here goes nothing.so I was wanting to do a swank my 91 swb step side and lm7 looks like a good choice since its been done so many times!well,I was crux in by eBay and saw this motor in Houston at lkq and thought hey it's not knocking,30 day warranty why not but I thought I'd ask the the community what y'all think since this is my first swap here's the link http://item.mobileweb.ebay.com/viewitem?sbk=1&nav=SEARCH&itemId=190892548257

That's cheap enough even if you need to rebuild it. My 06 has probably 185k on it and it's cammed, stalled, TBSS intake, tuned, the works. The LS series lasts a very long time!
