did you use the stock shims, or an adjustable shim kit?

how do you like that 3000 stall with the 3.42 gears? posi will make it even more awesome
Any time there is new bearings in a rear there should be a wear in period. They generate a lot of heat when new. That doesnt take long at all though, a few short trips would do it.
