Default ati dyno results

I got my truck dynoed today. It has 352 rwhp and 348 rwft-lbs. of torque. I was expecting 360 all around, but the dyno shop owner thinks the exhaust is restricting it a little. I was also surprised that it ran rich under boost. I though it would run lean with the stock injectors. It can still use some work. The only problem is finding the $$$ to do it. I went with a bunch of Lightning guys. My buddy ran 406 rwhp and 503 rwft-lbs. of torque There was a Camaro SS running at around 307 rwhp and I can't remember the torque. It was somewhere around 300. Later.

Is all you have a 40 Series Flowmaster for exhaust mods? If so, you are losing LOTS of power since you are boosted. With a full exhuast I'd bet you gain an easy 25rwhp if not more

The 40 series is it. It's still the stock exhaust up to the muffler. It's just one muffler with two outlets turned down. It really is killing it.

That's real good numbers, considering your mods. What does the procharger feel like over stock? When does it start pulling harder than stock?

You can feel it kick in over 2500 rpm. It was a REALLY FLAT torque curve over 3500. What's the easiest way to post pics? I tried but they didn't show up. Maybe they're taking up too much space????

Oh yeah, you can really feel the torque management on the street. You get going really good and then it's like you're starting over again when it shifts. I hate it. I'd get the programming and exhaust and injectors now, but the wife says I can't until she gets a new vehicle, which is fair.

Posting pics I can't help with. But I'd start by adding that full exhaust next. Good mid/long tube headers, 3" duals may be overkill but since you are boosted it would probably be okay.

After that, then I'd get some bigass 42lbs/hr injectors and ditch that FMU. I believe that is what ProchargedLM7 did on this board.

Maybe a 3200rpm stall also...

Definately the long tubes. A few of the Lightning guys were running those. Sam is running with the edit and 42 lb injectors without the fmu. That's what i'd like to be able to do some day. I don't know if he's had it dynoed yet. If anybody has an email with a lot of space allowed just let me know it and i'll send them some pics.

some decent numbers
What you can do for some more power is get a larger air filter rather than the ATI supplied one it's very restictive
Also get yourself the New ATI air intake setup way better than stock for sure
with those mods you should be near 360-370
then Do some Headers injectors and a stall converter and some tuning
and 400rwhp here you come

What is the new air intake setup? Is it from ATI? I agree the one now is restrictive and is located in a bad space.
