Remember, the STS will need larger injectors and a tune also, adding to the cost.

If you dont have money to get it right, I would do cam, tuning, stall, and nitrous. In fact, that is what I wish I wouldve done. Its alot less money and your truck would haul ***!!

ive found a fix ill try to take pics soon. 3inch manderal bent piping form the blower to stock air box location.

Sounds good, id like to see pics. My plan is to relocate the battery to where the diesel mounts the second battery and run my intake over there.

So you guys say radix will be faster for just a stock engine. What if i do a stall, cam and a set of gears then where will the ati stand compared to the radix. Thanks

The Radix is a better unit and makes more HP per pound of boost (or so they say). The ATI will have the potential to make more power (boost), but will require alot more modification to take advantage of the power.
For instance
A Radix on stock engine with 8-9 pounds of boost would kill a Procharger making 10-11 without a Stall, injectors, and custom tune. (Ive been told)
If you are planning on a big build then the Procharger (go with a D1SC upgrade) will have the potential to make alot more boost.
I went with the Vortech b/c Ive heard that they make a better system. I will have spent quite a bit more than the cost of a Radix before I reach comparable performance levels. However, like I said, the Radix maxes out at 9 1/2 pounds of boost on the 5.3. Maybe 7 on a 6.0. Im eventually going for 15# on a 6.0. Thats after I blow up the 5.3

I Would Think That The Ati Would Run Around The Radix On The Top End.i Don't Plan On No More Than 425 Hp To The Wheels Cause That Will Be Hard To Do On A 4.8 But The Guy I Have Talked Says That He Will Do The Ati Install, tuning And All That For Cheaper Than The Radix Kit Costs.tuesday I'm Going To See Him.of Course He Will Say Ati,radix Shops Will Say Radix.like I Sad I Am Only Doing A Cam, Stall, Gears.the Bottom Line Is That The Radix Will Be Better For That Set Up. Right

If you do a 3500+ stall and mild cam, at 8psi then you'll probably be even with a radix with stock stall at 8psi.
