Default ASP Pulleys questions.

I read the instructions for the install. Looking at the pulley there is 3 threaded holes on the face of it. What are those for? Anyone know the exact length of the new pulley? I seen the number on ASP's website. But whats the length? Where can I get a longer crank pulley bolt?

These holes are to remove it with a puller.

Dude it uses the exact same bolt as the factory pulley. You should use a new one though. My local dealer had one in stock for 5 bucks. I installed the new pulley with the old bolt and for the final torquing, I used the new bolt.

Here is a post I made about installing the ASP pulley. It has pics and a part number for the new bolt. If you have any other questions just let us know.

I thought I needed the long bolt to put on the new pulley? Will the stocker, thread in enough to pull the pulley on? XLR8NSS, I read that post. I found it in the search. Already have a new bolt. Very good info. I am doing the install this week. let you guys know how it goes.

The stock bolt will thread in enough to get the ASP pulley installed. If you ever want to take the ASP off and reinstall the stock pulley you'll need a longer bolt to start the stock one back on.
