Default ASM LT opinions needed

I know this question gets repeated quite often, but I searched and found basic installation tips.

My questions are:
1.What is the best exhaust setup for a whipplecharged 6.0 LQ4 with ASM longtubes?
(no cats w/ muffler, cutout after the cats, cutouts after each header)
2. What size of piping if muffler is kept on?

THIS IS FOR A 2000 RCSB
