What was needed to be done to install your ASM headers?

Remove the e-folds,...remove dip stick.....cut exhaust tubing back....-unplug 02 sensors....

'bout it

I found it easier w/ 2 people.

My AS&M Headers included everything needed for the install. Use youre stock bolts.

Yea you weld the cats to the collector cut the pipe 1/2 inch in front of the cats and weld to the collector it really simple. You can probably have an exaust shop do it for you.

The reason I asked: called a sponsor about AS&M, sales guy could not answer price question, tranfer to supervisors voice mail, left message, called back 30 minutes later talked to another sales guy, told me all the stuff that needed to be done, pushed the dynatech system on me hard, hung up, supervisor called me back, and told me what I thought originally. Trim pipe and add flanges. Order the headers.

Somebody needs to fill you in on the busted knuckles, all the cursing thats gonna take place, and the 8 hours you are about to spend. The first time is an absolute SOB. Some people on here will agree and some say they went on with no probs. I guess it is just production tolerances, but some sets evidently fit better than others. I hope you get some good ones, otherwise have plenty of beer on hand....
