Hey, have you guys ever done dyno tests for your 1-7/8" on a supercharged 6.2L? Here's my setup:
2014 wheelchair accessible Silverado, 6.2L with a current best of 13.3 @ 103 mph. That's with a 6,920lb race weight! (lift modifications and wheelchair are heavy)
V4 mode delete
Texas Speed and Performance Blower camshaft and valve springs ~.600" lift
Edelbrock e-force supercharger with a 3.25" pully
stock heads and bottom end.
Factory manifolds and y pipe into a Borla ATACK cat back
It's turning a heavy 305 50R20 Toyo proxes tire.
last summer it made 561 whp @ ~ 6000 rpm and 587 wlb*ft @ ~ 4000 rpm on Craven Performance and off road's mustang dyno.
What would be your estimated hp & tq gains ditching the stock manifolds and going with your 1-7/8" long tube kit w/cats?
EDIT: (thats with an additional dyno session to make sure things are optimized with the additional airflow of course.)
Thanks,
Dave

Dave,Thank you for reaching out regarding your setup and future plans. We would love to help answer your questions. It’s important to consider that the performance gains on a supercharged application is relative to boost. The amount of power gain from what we estimate will be around +30rwhp with some loss in boost from the increased efficiency. (1/2-1psi) but you will make more power. What’s great is that once the header is installed, you can increase boost and maximize efficiency, which would more than likely put the truck into the 12’s. If you’re under 10 psi of boost, you may want to consider going with 1-3/4” only because the smaller primary size will help ramp up the boost quicker without hurting to end power.
If you would like to give us a call and ask for Nick, the owner, he would be happy to get into more detail. You may reach him at:

However, I'm not sure how much more I can overdrive that edelbrock supercharger without creating problems. I'm already running a smaller pully. Yes, I'm under10 lbs.
But, my tuner tells me on boosted applications he always recommends the 1-7/8''
