Default Anyone running a MAFT (Maf Translator) on a truck??

Need help, I want to put a MAFT that I bought on my truck but was told that my truck has a five wire maf and the translator only has three. The extra two on my truck are for air temp. I need to know how to hook it up. Thanks.
