Default anyone running a hotcam in their 4.8/5.3?
Im looking at getting the hotcam for my 5.3...seems to be a mild enough cam for my needs.

Anyone have any surging problems or idle problems with them?
any other issues?

I talked to my buddy about that cam. I thought about using it for a while. He said not to because it was a tuning nightmare.
