Default Anyone with a NNBS/TBSS swap. Quick Question.

The NNBS/TBSS intakes are returnless. My 03 silverado is return style. I know that I can use the corvette filter to make the nnbs rail return style.

My question is: To correctly tune your truck for the new injectors you would need to find the injector data for those specific injectors. The problem I am running into, is that all the injector data is based on the fuel system being returnless. So that data wont work correctly.

How did you guys get around this?

The nnbs intake I just bought has ls2 injectors (gm#12569113 Bosch# 0280158049). But every vehicle that has an ls2 has a returnless fuel system.

So if anyone is running these injectors on a return style setup, would you mind sharing your injector data with me?

Wait a minute dude. is the corvette fuel filter vacuum referenced?

if it isn't then I just need to copy the injector data from any car with these injectors.

So everyone who has installed the corvette filter on their NNBS intake has had to modify their FLOW RATE VS KPA tables to let the computer know that there is no longer a vacuum reference?

interesting.
