Im also curious about gibson's performance? Go to "http://www.gibsonperformance.com/sound/sound.asp" , hopefuly you will find what your looking for. If anyone has some experience on this brand (GIBSON) please share some thoughts or comments. Ill probably get the supertruck exahust & some headers too, undecided yet?

First off, I do NOT have a Gibson exhuast, but going from what I have heard, the Gibson has some significant interior noise. Take it for what you will, I'm sure there will be some more people posting on this that have had a Gibson and know more about it than I do or would.

I have the dual xtreme, it's pretty quiet, even with the TOG's. I hear the Supertruck is loud. Gibson makes a good quality product. I put my catback on with no fit issues at all. Hardest part was taking the stock exhaust off.

I had a split rear cat back in stainless and you could hardly tell it was not the stock system from inside the cab. I liked it but wanted louder so I got a different muffler. I lost some bottom end when I did, too. I was impressed with the looks and quality overall. If that helps any.

I thought Gibson was only barely louder than stock.

I have the Gibson single-in, single-out, sideswept, guaranteed by Gibson to have a nice sound outside the cabin, no sound inside the cabin, supposedly the quietest system they have. Boy, were they full of it. Resonance galore. The shop that installed it is replacing the exhaust with a custom setup using a Flowmaster 70 series muffler. They signed off on the 'no interior noise' line from Gibson - Gibson is washing their hands of it (scumbags), but the shop is making good.
