I just got mine a couple of days ago (full ram air kit). Took me about 90 minutes to install. I got a 5.3 Z71 2003 tahoe with HyperTech tuning, MagnaFlow, AirAid Spacer. The thing runs like a scolded mule now!!! I still need to drive it a bit more, but so far so good. I'm liking the power and the way the engine sounds.
I also run E-85 (85% ethanol) on the hoe. It has a flex fuel engine. E-85 makes a huge difference in HP gains (is about 105-115 octane) and at about 1.59 a gallon is not bad (but expect to lose about 20% mileage range with this fuel).
Check out: e85fuel.com for info and to see if your truck can run it.
