Question Anyone ever heard of Vogue Tyre?

My dad has an '04 GMC Sierra Z71 that he is looking for a little more power from. The guy at the GMC dealership was trying to sell him on that brand, which sells everything from intakes, cat-backs, superchargers, and on and on. I'm trying to figure out if this stuff is crap, or legit. If it isn't any good, what kind of bolt-ons are good for his truck that will give him some decent gains? I just know a few things about ls1's. Thanks,
-Marc

Vogue makes the pimptastic whitewalls that all the hip urban youths aspire to wrap around a set off 22's on the Escalade of their dreams. I looked on their website, an their superchargers look for all the world like rebadged powerdyne units. Here's an example of their handywork:

Just say no!

Tell your dad to look into one of the sponsors (TByrne, Texas Speed, etc.), or if you want to go to an actual shop, go to Thunder Racing in Baton Rouge.

My dad used to buy Vogues on his big Buicks and Caddy's. It woould seem to me that if they've expanded from that, they're probably selling repackaged products. I'd agree with NBred94, go to a trusted shop and get parts with the mfgr's name, not the marketeer's name.

Yeah, he's definately not interested in anything ghetto hip-hop or anything, just looking for some more power, and that brand is what the dealership recommended. Thanks for the input.
