Ok, some people aren't getting it, I'm buying this engine, it will be bought, and it shall be stored, now the question is will there be any problems storing it?? I repeat, I AM going to buy this engine and put it into my truck in a year, why it is sitting I will be collecting parts also such as headers, cam, gears, posi, etc., so the question again will I ruin anything while it sits here?? Thanks

NO. Just spray some lube in the cylinders for a little added protection.

I was only trying to help you do more with your money, but it looks like you have all ready made up you mind.

i have a cozy place you can store it for free, and there wont be any worries of it rusting or anything like that.

You shouldn't have any problems. Hell, my first one sat on a stand for almost a year and was perfect. Your first post said you have a 2006 truck, and you said something about putting 60-75k miles on it before you would be swapping. Either that's gonna take a little longer than a year or you will be driving your *** off. My truck is my daily driver, is a 2000, and has about 75k on it. I wouldn't keep it on a stand for 4-6 years, but everyone is different. Good luck with your purchase, I'm sure you will be fine.
