if not any suggestions on springs, also going to go with some hardened push rods.
I was also going to find some of the valve cover spacers.
With a 57X lift, the comp 918's will work just fine. Hardened pushrods is a also a good idea.

I just remembered my friend will be installing that same cam this Friday along with some 918's, comp hardened pushrods and a new timing chain. If you have over 50k miles on your truck it would also be a good idea to just replace the timing chain.
I will let you know how it idles and how the truck runs since he is still waiting for the HP tuner.

thunder i think the valve covers could be clearanced. i clearanced mine with a .591 cam but 1.7 rockers and it worked fine. the only trouble i had was major oil in the pcv. this was due to me having to cut the baffles out of the covers. i only had to cut the baffles out because my rockers are shaft mounted. i now have a new set of covers and spacers.

remember if you get spacers they are about 250$ but deff cheaper than any after market cover but you also have to get a after market wire the stockers will not reach.

I would question even needing spacers or new covers really ... It's not like this is a monster lifting cam.

This is the cam I have in my extended cab and I love it. Power seems to be from 1800 RPM's or so all the way up to 6500 RPM's. I have mine shifting at 6100 RPM's it feels like it has a lot more, but I haven't put in a shift kit yet so I don't want the tranny to crap on me. I run my cam with the 2002 Z06 springs and they seem to be ok with it, no valve float at all in the higher RPM's.
