Default Any one do a 4.3 to 6.0 swap?

I've found a truck with tons of miles and was considering picking it up for a winter project, any information you guys have as far as parts required and modifications I'll have to make to the harness and what not would be a great help. Even if I don't buy this truck my dd is a 4.3 rcsb and it will need more power someday. Oh and if anybody knows of a good tuner in or around Springfield MO that'd be great to.
Thanks
