Default Any amount of KR acceptable?

I maxed the SPARK out on my Predator to +10% to see if I would get any KR and I do get some but it's not all the time. Sometimes I punch it and it's ZERO, other times it's maybe 1-2% and then goes away. Is that OK since it's not constant or should I back it off some?
Thanks,
Jim

If you can get up to 26-28*s timing without KR, then do it. If you see 1-2* randomly, thats no big deal. Those of us who have had lots of KR would see it almost all the time and it would come in large amounts. It sounds like you are OK.
