I heard a set of duals on a 88 monte carlo with a 5.3 and sounded like ****! way to quiet and sounded like a glass pack when reving.

Straight pipe is so much more cost effective! Problem is the kids, girlfriend and my daily diven ear won't be too happy with it roaring all the time.

Straight through muffler and build a resonator tube. My intake noise is louder than my xr1 above drone rpm.
