Yea man, that's really funky looking. I know it's all about performance and not asthetics, but for like an extra 1/2 hp not sure if that ugly thing is worth it. Especially with a nice clean engine bay with e-fans...

I like the design of my new Volant, but I do not like the way the mass air sensor mounts to the air box. It uses 3 hex head screws and a little foam gasket. I just dont like the way it seals to the box. This is my only complaint. I would try one of the newer kits like the outlaw, or other sealed airbox kit; or just modify the stock intake box and use an air raid MIT tube.

I have a K&N FIPK 77 series and I love it. You can hear it sucking air when you get on it. It looks real cool too and the filter on the 77 series is bigger than the regular K&N FIPK.
