thanks!

where's the best place that i can find flanges to weld on to the Pacesetters? Would ball and socket flanges work just as well as regular three bolt flanges? I've looked on summit but i only see 2bolt flanges and a couple of ball and socket flanges. sorry for all of the questions guys.

I bought the ball & socket flanges and welded them on my headers. Work great & no leaks, I have a custom Y pipe and no cats though. Also they come apart easier if I ever need to take them off.

I'm using stock wires but had to trim a little off a couple of the boots to keep them from touching the headers but no big deal.

O2 sensors came off with a cresent wrench with the exhaust cold. No problem there.

i have one more question, do you guys just tighten the header bolts with a normal socket or are you using torque wrenches to do so?

normal wrench, there's not much room on the back bolts, you'll find out

DO put some never seize on the bolts. It's in case you have to remove them later, you won't have to worry about breaking off a bolt later on.

yeah or at O Riley's, Auto Zone, wall mart . . . just about any place that sells parts.
They have little 99 cent baggies at the counter. That's all that you need, a small rain drop on each one, and do the same for your spark plugs,. . . . only on the threads.

Yes, make sure you use some anti sieze on both the header bolts and plug threads. As mentioned above, it dont take much but it does wonders. I consider it a requirement on anything that threads into Alum.
