another fuel pump out

yes I change the fuel filter regularly. the pump is pumping but only 10lbs of pressure to the fuel rails

yea, it dont run very good like that.

about the regulator I did what you said in multiple fuel issue posts its not leaking into the vac line. there also is no fuel returning back to the tank.

well its about time to bring this back up. I put in a new walbro and I am only getting 38lbs at the fuel rail now. there is still no fuel in the return line. the only thing I noticed is that the gromet where the pump goes into the housing is torn a little. so I guess I need another gromet. does anyone have a extra one of those gromets?
