Looks like to me that 6.0 has A LOT of blow-by .
My Supercharged Camaro Ran really clean for 40,000 miles, then I broke
a ring and had some blow-by and in 5,000 mile it did exactly that, moisture and sludge built-up in the cap and the valve covers.
I say that motor has a bunch of Blow-by, run a cylinder leak down test; I think it will show up there.
