Default Alper Motorsports Head Studs???

Anyone ever use the head studs from alper motorsports? spec wise they are comparable to arp, but only cost about 140 bucks. reason why I ask is I went to install them to put the heads on and they don't screw into the block. to top it off, the head stud nuts don't even screw onto the ****** head studs themselves!! so just curious if I got a bad batch, or if this is common with them. any insight would be appreciated. ill be buying arp head studs and def contacting this company for a refund.

I have heard similar horror stories along with people actually snapping studs when torquing the nuts down. They are the same Low budget stud kits that they are selling direct out of china for around $75 on Ebay.
