I recently purchased a new intercooler and 3.6in pulley for my Procharger. I installed them one at a time. First the intercooler and then the pulley.
My intercooler worked fine and actually picked up a lb. of boost. It is a little big so I had to cut my front skirt to have it fit. I don't know how to post pictures or links. There is one the same size on Ebay but it does not have the mounting tabs.
After I installed my pulley and tried to tune it, I found that the belt was slipping big time. I went to the auto parts store and bought another belt. It slipped. Went back a purchased another belt and some STP belt dressing. It slips and finally catchs. I still only make 13lbs of boost after it grabs, it is still slipping.
Intercooler =
15lb. pulley =
Just thought I would let everyone in on my experiences. I will try to take some pictures and email them to someone to post.
I will probably install the 12lb. pulley and a 50 shot. I will drive around this pulley for awhile and see if it gets better.

Can we use the MMS larger Crank pulley ?
I don't even know if it's 8 rib or not
you can try that route or what I'm going to do is get my blower braket beefed up the metal they use is pretty thin and tends to flex i think that the Flexing has something to so with the amount of rubber dust i have going on
Also you should conside Getting an ultra grip pulley from riechard racing.I heard there pullies work great .Otherwise we need an 8 rib setup to be made up

I've found that the Goodyear Gaterback belts work really good. I use these on my supercharged Grand Prix and Suburban. I used to burn up regular belts with the smallest pulley on the Suburban. It works fine with the Gaterback. This would be a quick, less expensive option to try first.

I been there with the Goodyear belts them seem to work better than most other belts
I found that the goodyear GB belt and some locktite belt dressing works really good for a short period of time..sure does make a mess though stick rubber all over the place

The Gooyear belt is what worked the best. I think that I will reinstall the 12lb pulley and shoot some N2O. I ran pretty good with 12lbs. The new intercooler worked really well.
I will look into the Riechard Racing pulley. Do you have a link?
