air bag light

I have a01 silverado, i put in a billet steering wheel, took air bag out, the light stays on the air bag light, how do i turn it off.Personally im beter off with out the air bag.

you removed the air bag...you need a 2 ohm (i think) resistor in its place to get the light out...do a search for airbag
