Those gears will give me better throttle responce but will make my RPM go up on the freeway right? Sorry it's a dumb queastion but I gotta ask
. Also should I go posi or what? And lastly who makes the best gears/differential.
Thanks once again.

Well your sig says you got 3.42:1 gears and with those big *** tires...I'd say your truck LUGS BAD everywhere. At 70mph you should be hitting around 2100-2400rpms for cruise RPMs. I bet you are closer to 1200-1400 at 70mph.
Your RPMs will go back to pretty close to normal like that then.
You may as well install an Eaton Posi while it is all apart. Only gears I've ever swapped were Ford Motorsport. Maybe someone will chime in and recommend a set...

My truck, with 4.10's on 265/70/17's (32" tire), pulls 2,100-2,200 rpm around 65-70mph. I love those gears. Wouldn't mind going deeper either. Any mileage worries is really not warranted. I manage 18.5mpg when I take it easy.
I'm sure we could do the math to see what a 4.56 would do on 35's...

The smog station probably wont even know there is a cam in there, regardless of the idle sound. not many people can tell things like that, and if there is a supercharger on there, they will just think that the different sound is from that.
Also it is possible to get your truck to pass smog if it doesnt have a carb # for the parts you have, you have to go to a referee station in order to do that
