Well if you would try that, give this a shot. Soak your arm in gas, light it, then fist **** a goat. Should do the trick. I never put my AC belt back on after install, '' because race truck'' Can you not pin point the noise? Sure it isn't the compressor some way or another

You have u/d pulley or alt pulley? Mine makes a horrendous squeal on shifts i need to fix ever since i put an o/d pulley on the alternator, but not completely sure it isnt coming from somewhere else like the a/c belt..

I would say that you have a bad compressor. Either the bearing is going bad or the internals are.

Mine only does it on first start like in the mornings or when I leave work. Also sometimes when I have my ac on which is very rare I'll get a screech noise. Any ideas on what it is?

Gatorback belts are Junk. Use an Oem belt from the dealer Or a Gates belt.

If the Squeal is only when the AC is on, then the clutch is on its way out.

really, i read the gatorbacks were good... Oh well, i have like 2 gates belts laying around that are still under warranty. It does it regardless if the AC is on or off.

So when i did the last round of engine mods, i swapped out the harmonic balancer because i broke the ear off my old one. Well i bought it used from a member on here. I am going to replace it, perhaps that is the issue, i dunno... If that does not fix it i will replace the AC compressor... I ordered a brand new balancer from rock auto so it should be here in a few days.

Still seems like a misalignment issue.

Yeah but the balancer is fully seated and i have not touched the ac compressor, i have replaced the tensioner 3 times, i even tried spacing it out 3 times. I am about at my wits ends.
