Default About Your 4.11 Gears?

in want to install 4.11 gears but not sure if they are to low. i need an opinion. also maybe someone has installed them and could tell me what kinda rpm i will be pushing at about 70mph. i have 4l60e trans. thanks for your help. i have 17 inch wheels

i have 17 inch wheels on the truck it also is getting a motor uprade 4.8 bored and stroked with lsx fast intake and cam. truck allready has comp cam fast programmer, dyna tech long tube headers high flow cats, and cold air intake.

What kinda rpms you pushing in your truck at about 70mph. i have some 4.11 gears i want to install but not sure if they are to low. ihave 03 gmc with programer, dynatech long tube header exhaust system, and cold air intake. looking to upgrade 4.8 to a stroker 5.7 ls1 . maybe you could give me a idea since i see you already have 4.11s.

Wheel size doesn't matter. What is the tire size???

What is your tire diameter and what transmission? What kind of driving do you do? City? Highway? Mixed?

also. have you done a searching the Drivetrain section for Gears? There are a ton of threads on 4.10 gears. .01 increase isn't going to be any difference.

The answer is dependant on tire diameter and trans gear ratio.

tire size is 275/55/17 . i posted a diff thread because i am new to this chatting and did no how to ask someone directly. i saw that Sick Red Sierra had 4.11s and maybe through his experiance of running them he might know.
