Default ? about free mods

Im still going to do a swap from a 4.3l to a 6.0 but as of right now im wondering does anyone know any free mods that i could do. doesnt have to be any big hp or nething but any little bit helps when u have a slow *** 4.3l like mine haha.

All I can tell you is the tb bypass. You wont be able to tell a diffrence but I did read that you will get a 6hp increase. I really dont think thats true and it was on a T/A. Shed some weight. (spare,tailgate,ect.)

The 4.3L have a cresent on the throttle body blade that you can remove. It restricts airflow at wide open. When you remove it you have to plug up the two holes that were used to hold it on. Rivets work good. If you dont plug the holes it wont idle right.
