Default 40K miles Tune Up

Like the title says. I'm just over 40k miles and truck is stock except for a CAI and flowmaster muffler. Any input as to some good ideas for mods to help with gas mileage, cause I noticed the mileage has dropped a couple miles from what it was when I first bought the truck with roughly 25k miles on it. I've already figured on new plugs and wires and a custom tune. What about other advice as to "tune-up" mods? I'd like to at least be able to get the 3-4 mpg I've lost back and pick up a little power with it. What plugs and wires would you guys recommend?

Fuel filter
Taylors or MSD wires
NGK TR55's @ .055 gap
All the crap recommended in the owners manual.

Have you changed the tires and wheels on the truck? That's a milage killer if you got heavier.

To up the mileage, look into a tune for whatever gas you run.
