NO, a convertor has to be custom made for your stand off and bolt pattern. It's not a shelf item.

 

I would go with a stock oil pump or a high pressure. Don't use the high volume some people have sucked there pan dry with the high volume.

Ur right I wasn't paying attention to the year o the motor he was dealing with.

 

Ive found a stall made by Art Carr 2004R Performance Transmission, Racing Shifters and Torque Converters that will work with my setup for $400 shipped but 2500 stall is the highest i can go.. Anyone ever use one of his convertors ???

 

Ive seen him on tv before but thats about it

 

The few people that I do know that have done business with them have not been satisfied.

The convertor may work, but most likely it's a reconfigured stock core. It depends on what you plan on doing with your set up.

 

Ive got a built 4l60e is the reason im trying to make this work but at the same time im trying to be alittle cheap right now because i need to get rid of my one wheel wonder issue stat .. Im just trying to make a quick light to light truck

 

found a good price on a 4l80 so im going that route.. Anybody know if i need a differant pickup tube with the bigger oil pump? i know its the same size just didnt know if there was a better one out there?
