Will do. I have not verified fit on the rear heat tahoes or suburban, but I believe they will fit if you shorten the heater hose length and tee it in at the plastic heater fitting at the firewall. The kit would just be missing the additional rear heat lines.

These are really nice kits and look like good quality parts I was able to pick my set up today and will get installed pics hopefully in the coming weeks to share.
