99-02 PCM - Ran Wire, Batt Lt still Flashing

Checked it further during my lunch...the clip is all of the way in the connector, and it looks like all of the others (same size). The alternator has 4 pins also. I checked voltage of both wires coming out of the alternator, and the brown wire has 12 volts, while the wire to the PCM has 0 volts...is that correct, or should the PCM be seeing the alternator output? I'm not sure what the wire to the PCM should have on it, my sevice manual is for a 99. 0 volts could either mean nothing or ground. BTW, my factory alternator is a 105 amp...I wonder if Jerry2500 has a 130 amp since the truck is a 2500.
