Default 95 z71 6.0L swap goals?

I have a 95 z71 pick up and im plan on selling my camaro, and useing that money to do a solid axle swap and a 6.0L swap
so i plan on doing some things to the motor befor i drop it in.

when it comes down to it my goals are a 13 ish second truck with a nice somewhat choppy idle and reliable bc it is my daily driver.

so I figured i will do a cam and valve spring swap, and a tune but thats as far as i have gotten as far as building the motor goes and i want to know what other mods could be done for fairly cheep and what cam i should use. also wanted to know if my goal of it being a 13 second truck is reasonable even on a lifted truck with 35's and 20x10 wheels?

im looking for advice on what to do to the 6.0, and to know if having a 13 second lifted truck is doable with my build

I have a built LQ9 6.0 in my 95 RC Z71. Stock bore and stroke here's a list of the stuff I had done for performance.

Milled and ''lightly'' ported 317's
MS3 cam
TBSS Intake with 8.1 marine injectors
Shorty headers with custom 3'' exhaust
Custom tune.

The truck makes 403rwhp. It's pretty dang QUICK. No timeslips to back it up yet but it's mid 12's pretty easily.

Haven't took it by the scales yet. I'm guessing 4200-4600 not real sure.

The biggest thing holding you back is wanting those numbers with 35's on 20x10's. Those are heavy as all hell. What is your truck set up. scsb, ecsb, sclb. Weight of the truck will play a big difference as well. You will have to build the motor with torque in mind to get that pig rolling and have it geared right. Hopefully you plan on using a 4L80 or better and replacing the 10 bolt out back with a 14 bolt as well. I can tell you that power+big tires+launching on a 10 bolt = BOOM. Same goes for the front if you plan on launching in 4wd at all. Better use a D60 for a swap to make sure your *** is covered.
