see thats what i was saying, i know quite a bit about LS1 cars and that didnt sound right at all. He said it was a N/A gas powered I asked b/c I know that diesel trucks have badass tunes. BTW the new trucks and cars dont have chips do they? Just computers right?

More than likely he's a little confused. He may have seen a commercial for a HPP3 for a deisel advertising 80hp, not realizing it was for a deisel. Then he goes and buys a 'chip' for his gas burner thinking it's the same as the diesel one.
